Baskin Robbins Drinks Menu 2026: Sizes, Prices & Calories

The drinks board at Baskin-Robbins is smaller than the ice cream board but far less understood. Half the confusion comes from renamed items, the other half from sizing that nobody explains at the counter.

Here is what is on the menu right now, what goes into each drink, and which ones work if you avoid dairy or caffeine.

Baskin Robbins Drinks Menu 2026 Sizes, Prices & Calories

Sizes come in four, not three

Every blended drink is poured in the same four sizes:

SizeVolume
Mini12 oz
Small16 oz
Medium24 oz
Large32 oz

The mini is the one most people miss. It exists across the whole frozen beverage line and is the cheapest way to try something new. A large is nearly three times the mini, which matters a lot once you look at the calorie figures below.

The Cappy: what used to be the Cappuccino Blast

Baskin-Robbins renamed its signature blended coffee drink the Cappy in 2025. Order a Cappuccino Blast and staff will know what you mean, but it is not what the board says anymore.

The build is Arabica coffee blended with ice cream and ice. Four set versions are offered:

  • Classic Cappy — the original coffee-and-ice-cream blend
  • Caramel Praline
  • Chocolate Fudge
  • OREO

There is also a Custom Cappy, where you pick the ice cream flavour that goes into the blend instead of taking a preset.

The drink first launched in 1994 and was among the first blended frozen coffee beverages sold by a national US chain — it predates most of the frozen coffee category.

Calories run 310 to 600 for the classic across the size range. Flavoured versions climb steeply: the caramel version reaches roughly 1,040 at the largest size, the turtle version around 1,010, and the OREO version around 940.

Dairy note: the Cappy is built on a premix that contains milk. It cannot be made dairy-free, whatever ice cream you swap in.

Fizz: ice cream blended with soda

The Fizz replaced the old float format on most boards. Your ice cream flavour is blended with your choice of soda, so it drinks like a thick soda rather than a shake. The soda brand varies by shop.

If your store still runs the older poured floats, calorie figures land around 410 to 820 for a root beer float and 430 to 860 for a cola float.

Smoothies: the dairy-free option

Baskin-Robbins reformulated its smoothies in 2023. They are now made with real fruit and contain no dairy and no top allergens — a genuine change from the older recipe, which was dairy-based.

Calorie ranges by build:

SmoothieSmall to large
Strawberry Banana350–710
Tropical Banana370–780
Mango Banana450–900

This is the only blended item on the menu that a dairy-free customer can order without modification.

Lava Colada and Mangonada

Two refreshers sit apart from the coffee and fruit lines:

Lava Colada blends piña colada with strawberry. It is built as a mocktail-style drink and contains no coffee.

Mangonada takes the Mexican frozen drink as its base — mango with Tajín seasoning and chamoy, giving it a sweet-salty-tart edge that no other item on the board has. It runs 300 to 600 calories and is dairy-free.

Bottled drinks

For anyone who wants something plain alongside a scoop, shops stock bottled soda. Prices below are from a Chicago location in July 2026:

DrinkPriceCalories
Mug Root Beer$2.50260
Pepsi$3.38250
Diet Pepsi$3.510

Brands vary by location depending on the shop’s supply agreement.

What drinks cost

Blended beverages are priced by size, and the same price ladder applies across the Cappy, Fizz, Smoothie, Lava Colada and Mangonada. Because each shop is independently priced, the range is wide:

SizeTypical price
Mini (12 oz)$3.69–$4.70
Small (16 oz)$4.69–$6.00
Medium (24 oz)$5.69–$7.25
Large (32 oz)$6.69–$8.50

An Add a Boost — extra coffee flavour in a Cappy — costs $0.50 to $0.70.

Delivery prices sit higher than the counter. Uber Eats and DoorDash both list Baskin-Robbins beverages as priced by add-on, since size and flavour are selected before the total is shown.

Baskin-Robbins has run flat-rate beverage promotions more than once, including a $5 / $6 / $7 all-frozen-beverage offer in March 2025 and a repeat of the same pricing on the full Cappy line through October 2025. Worth checking the BR App before ordering a large.

Picking the right drink

A few practical calls based on the figures above:

  • Lowest calorie blended drink: a small Strawberry Banana Smoothie, around 350.
  • Only reliably dairy-free blended options: smoothies, Lava Colada and Mangonada.
  • Caffeine-free but still coffee-shop sized: Fizz, Lava Colada, Mangonada, smoothies.
  • Biggest calorie jump for the money: flavoured Cappys. A large caramel version carries more calories than most sundaes on the menu.

Milkshakes are priced and sized the same way but are built differently, from hand-scooped ice cream rather than a premix. Flavour-by-flavour calorie figures and pricing are in our guide to Baskin Robbins milkshakes.
