Celebrate 31: the one deal that matters most
Once a month, on the 31st, Baskin-Robbins Rewards members get 31% off all scoops. The official terms:
“Offer valid on 10/31/26. Waffle cones, toppings, and sundaes are excluded from discount. Exclusively available to registered Baskin-Robbins Rewards® members. Not valid on delivery orders. Price and participation may vary.”
It’s in-store only — no code needed at the shop. The next runs: 31 October 2026, 31 December 2026, 31 January 2027. Only months with a 31st count (January, March, May, July, August, October, December).
What 31% off is actually worth
| Order | Menu price | You pay | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Scoop | $3.50–$5 | $2.42–$3.45 | $1.08–$1.55 |
| Double Scoop | $5–$7.50 | $3.45–$5.18 | $1.55–$2.33 |
| Triple Scoop | $6.50–$9.50 | $4.49–$6.56 | $2.02–$2.95 |
A family of four grabbing double scoops saves roughly $6–$9 on the 31st — the single best recurring discount Baskin-Robbins runs.
Mix & Match: 3 for $15 (ends 31 October)
Through 31 October 2026, Rewards members can pick any 3 of: Creature Creations, Double Scoops, Small Smoothies, or Small Mangonadas — for $15 flat. Delivery excluded, plus tax.
The math: three double scoops alone cost $15–$22.50 at menu prices. Pick the priciest items (Creature Creations, doubles) and the deal saves you up to $7.50; pick three small smoothies and it barely saves anything. It’s a good deal only if you pick big.
Promo codes: the honest version
Coupon sites list a stack of Baskin-Robbins codes as “active.” We tried to verify every one of them. Here’s what we actually found — including the ones we could not verify, because nobody else will tell you that part:
| Code | Claimed deal | Verdict (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| CELEBRATE31 | BOGO 50% off Pre-Packed Quarts, online | 🟢 Running — the one code that works. Enter it online on the 31st. |
| BECOOLER | $5 off $15+ | ⚪ Could not verify — real code, but from July 2022 (National Ice Cream Day). No successful 2026 test anywhere. |
| SAVE3 | $3 off $15+ | ⚪ Could not verify — still listed as “active,” no dated successful test found. |
| POLARPIZZA | $2 off Polar Pizza | ⚪ Could not verify — same story: listed, never proven in 2026. |
| DAD2021 | $5 off $30+ | ⚪ Could not verify — likely dead since 2021. (The real 2024 Father’s-Day code was DAD, $5 off a $35+ cake — ended 15 June 2024.) |
If a site shows you these codes with a “Used 10 hours ago” badge, know that the badge is automated — one aggregator’s own reviewer tested every major code in March 2026 and every single test came back “could not be verified.” Try a code at checkout; if it fails, it was never really alive.
How Baskin-Robbins Rewards deals actually work
Nearly every deal above needs a free Baskin-Robbins Rewards membership. The mechanics matter because old pages describe a dead system:
It’s visit-based, not points. Every $1+ transaction = 1 visit credit. Any page still saying “$1 = 1 point” is describing the old model that no longer exists.
The stacking rules (nobody explains these)
You can stack up to 3 rewards or offers in one transaction — but only one promotional offer per transaction, and one discount per item. In practice: your Welcome Scoop + a member app offer + Celebrate 31 can combine; two promo codes cannot.
Three traps that kill your deal
1. Delivery orders earn nothing and redeem nothing. Order on DoorDash or Uber Eats and your Rewards account might as well not exist — no credits, no redemptions.
2. Guest checkout earns nothing. Order in the app without signing in and you get zero credit.
3. One credit per 10 minutes. Splitting one visit into two transactions to double-dip doesn’t work.
Free scoops: Welcome Scoop and birthday
Welcome Scoop: join Rewards free, make your first $1+ purchase, and a free Single Scoop (worth $3.50–$5) is added to your account automatically. Two catches: waffle cones and toppings are excluded, and the free scoop expires 45 days after it lands — set a reminder.
Birthday: the BR App gives a free 4-oz scoop on your birthday (expires 10 days after you get it; can’t combine with promo codes). The older email Birthday Club still runs in parallel with a free 2.5-oz scoop coupon — you don’t need Rewards to join it. In Canada, the birthday deal is Club 31 instead (see below).
Canada deals
Canadian Baskin-Robbins runs its own deals — the US codes don’t work there and vice versa:
| Deal | What you get | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Scoop Tuesdays | Two regular scoops for CA$3.49 at participating stores | 🟢 Running |
| Code CAKE | $3 off any cake, online at baskinrobbins.ca | 🟢 Running |
| Club 31 birthday | BOGO cone + $3 off cake on your birthday (free to join) | 🟢 Running |
Scoop Tuesdays is the standout: two scoops for CA$3.49 against a regular CA$10.99–$11.99 — roughly 68% off. For the full Canadian picture, see our Baskin-Robbins Canada menu.
Gone — and we’ll say so
Deals end. Coupon sites keep listing them anyway. These are confirmed dead:
| Deal | Ended |
|---|---|
| $0.80 scoops (80th birthday) | 7 Dec 2025 — yes, last year; some pages still carry it as “current” |
| Code DAD ($5 off $35+ cake) | 15 Jun 2024 |
| Code CONFETTI | 19 Jun 2026 |
| Code SAVE5 | 9 Apr 2026 |
| Code BIRTHDAY | 19 Jan 2026 |
| Code HOLIDAY | 9 Nov 2025 |
| Code SAVE20 | 25 Nov 2024 |
Baskin-Robbins deals — frequently asked questions
Do you get a free scoop on the 31st?
No — that’s the common mix-up. Celebrate 31 is 31% off scoops for Rewards members, not a free scoop. The free scoop is the Welcome Scoop (new members) or the birthday scoop.
Can you stack Baskin-Robbins deals?
Up to 3 rewards/offers per transaction, but only one promotional offer per transaction and one discount per item. Celebrate 31 + a member offer + your Welcome Scoop can combine; two promo codes cannot.
Do Baskin-Robbins deals work on DoorDash or Uber Eats?
No. Celebrate 31, member offers, and promo codes are not valid on delivery orders, and delivery orders earn no Rewards credits either.
Why didn’t my promo code work?
The famous codes (BECOOLER, SAVE3, POLARPIZZA, DAD2021) are zombie listings — real once, but with no verified successful use in 2026. The only code we can verify right now is CELEBRATE31, and only for the online quarts BOGO on the 31st.
Is there a Baskin-Robbins deal every Tuesday?
In Canada, yes — Scoop Tuesdays: two regular scoops for CA$3.49. In the US there’s no standing Tuesday deal; the big recurring one is Celebrate 31 on the 31st of the month.
How do I get the Welcome Scoop?
Join Baskin-Robbins Rewards free in the app, make a $1+ purchase, and the free Single Scoop appears in your account. Redeem it within 45 days — it expires.
